Monster Trail Mix Bites

Everyone's always looking for a new healthy snack that's not another granola bar. These trail mix bites are the perfect thing to make a batch of for your whole week.

They're studded with all the good stuff: mini chocolate chips, mini M&Ms, peanuts, raisins oats, PB, and honey to make a satisfying bite-size cookie ball (but a healthy one!).

Total Time 30 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 c old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/2 c mini chocolate chips
  • 1/4 c Chopped peanuts
  • 1/4 c raisins
  • 1/4 c Mini M&Ms
  • 3/4 c creamy peanut butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • kosher salt

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, stir together oats, chocolate chips, peanuts, mini M&Ms, melted peanut butter, and honey and season with salt.

  2. Stir together until completely combined, then scoop into tablespoon-size balls and refrigerate until firm, 1 to 2 hours.

  3. Serve.
